At Lea Marston Hotel we believe it's important to celebrate the achievements of our fantastic team. Every year we host a gala dinner that recognises those employees who have been a part of our family for a considerable amount of time.

We use our annual gala dinner as an opportunity recognise those members of the team who went the extra mile to ensure that our guests enjoy the best possible experience during their stay with us.

As an independent business, we now employ more than 100 people. Some members of our team have been with us for as long as 20 years, which we believe is testament to our core values of care, humility, responsibility, and teamwork.
